Cadet Shipping
Crowley partners with U.S.-based maritime academies to offer hands-on experience aboard our vessels. Cadets gain real-world exposure, mentorship and a supportive culture that prepares them for high-performance careers in the marine industry. Cadets will work with their academy's Cadet Shipping Coordinator during the open application period to apply.
